AMENDMENT OF LICENSE TO ALLOW A FIVE YEAR LICENSE EXTENSION (TAC NO. L31081)
Dear Dr. Erickson:
In accordance with the letter dated August 17,1998, from E. Boeldt, Manager of Radiation Protection at Pennsylvania State University, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-95 is hereby amended to allow a five year license extension. Accordingly, License Condition 4 has been revised to include the date of June 30, 2003 and License Condition 10 has been revised to include the date of August 17,1998.
All other Conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of License SNM-95 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
