The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) staff have completed their fee determinations with respect to various old applications filed by your Company relating to inservice inspection and testing programs, requests for relief from certain ASME Code requirements and related Technical Specification changes for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
Based on data provided to us, we find that a total of $38,500 is due the NRC for the reviews associated with the numerous ISI/IST related requests and supplements filed by your Company. The enclosed list reflects each request, any fees paid, fees due, and the ONRR staff's final fee determination and action on each.
It is requested that your Company remit the sum of $38,500 to our office for fees currently due for the ISI/IST requests.
Please accept our apology for the lateness of our notification of final fees due on these old ISI/IST applications.
