Dear Mr. Williams:

In accordance with your application dated November 8,1996, and supplementary informfon dated Jan:'ary 9,1998, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 cf the Code of Federal Regtt dans, Materials .. sense SNM 1107 is hereby amended to include incident notification criteria appros a by the NRC staff on October 30,1996. In addition, the Revision Submittal Date for Chapter 8.0 Fire Safety of the license has been corrected to 11 AUG97. Accordingly, Safety Condition S 1 has been revised to include the dates of November 8,1996, and January 9, 1998. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM 1107 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which inclades the categorical exclusion determination.
