NIAGARA MollAWK POWER CORPORATION NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION UNIT #1 NARPATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE The station operated during the month cf Januan 1998 with a Unit Availability Factor of 100.0%

and a Net Design Electrical Capacity Factor of 100.9%. There were no challenges to the Electromatic Relief Valves. On January 21,1998 the unit commenced a power reduction due to inoperability of the Liquid Poison System. The unit was derated for 10.7 hours8.101852e-5 days <br />0.00194 hours <br />1.157407e-5 weeks <br />2.6635e-6 months <br />. The unit was retuned to full power when Liquid Poison System Testing wns complete <1 and the system declared operabic.
