EXAMINATION REPORT, WATERFORD 3 STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (W3SES)

On March 17, 1986, the NRC administered Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator examinations to employees of your company who had applied for instructor certification or licenses to operate your Waterford 3 facility.

All the examinations were written, consisting of a single category, and were administered to individuals who had failed a category of the replacement examinations in October 1985. At the conclusion of the-examinations, copies of the examination question and answer keys were provided to W3SES training staff personnel for review and comment. The final examination results have been forwarded to the W3SES staff, and individuals concerned have been issued the appropriate licenses and certificates.

Enclosed is the examination report j

identifying the examination results, examination review coments and resolutions, and copies of the final examination and answer key master copies.
