1 would like to request a docment from the Nuclear Regulatory ' Commission.
It is the Arizona Nuclear Power Project Participation Agreement, dated August 23,1973. It is included with the General Information accompanying the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS) Licence Application, and has been amended over time.
As background, the joint application for construction permits and operating licenses for PVNGS Units 1,2, and 3 was filed with the NRC on July 11,1974.
Construction permits were subsequesntly issued for PVNGS 1,2, and 3 on May 25,1976 as CPPR-141, CPPR -142 and CPPR-1443, respectively, in Docket Nos. STN 50-528,50-529 and 50-530.
We are just looking for the original Participation Agreement and the amendments, which spell out the rights, duties and obligations of the seven utility companies who are a part of Palo Verde.
After discussing this request with Phil Harrell in your Texas office (817-860-8250), he searched for the document and believes it is stored in your warehouse.
