Ian, Scott, and John, ) hdj I have concurred in the PSE&G 2.790 letter requesting withholding of the Independent Technical Issue Investigation Report. Dan Holody, who has custody of the allegation file, should be placed on distribution fo= the 2.790 letter and the incoming May 5,1995 letter. He also has requested a copy of the investigation report. Keith Logan, OI investigator, also has requested a copy of the investigation report.

Please provide copies to Dan and Keith if you have not already done so, and please emphasize that the report should be guarded closely and not copied unless you are notified.
