SECY 97-241 - REDELEGATION OF AtIniORITY The Commission has approved your request and authorizes you to redelegate to the Deputy Executive Director for Management Services the authority to approve the employment of an individual before completion of the investigation and report required by Section 145b of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended.
This authority, which may not be redelegated, does not. permit an individus1 to have access to Restricted Data or National Security Inf orination.
