The CPS proposal allows the applicabie Department Head / Designee the final approval of safety-related procedures, instead of the Manager-Clinton Power Station.
The staff has reviewed the submittal in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a) and determined that the changes are acceptable in that the quality assurance program continues to meet the requirements of Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50. The staff's safety evaluation is attached.
