DEGRADED GRID V0LTAGE PROCEDURE FOR MAINE YANKEE ATOMIC POWER STATION J
The staff has completed its review of your letters dated November 21, 1984, March 11, 1985 and December 10, 1985 and your Abnormal Operating Procedure (A0P) 2-12, Revision 1, issued February 7, 1985, all concerning Degraded Grid Voltage Procedure for Maine Yankee.
Based on our review of your Degraded Grid Voltage Procedure, the staff concludes that your procedure A0P 2-12 Revision 1 is acceptable. The staff also finds your Test Procedure in lieu of Technical Specifications acceptable.
The staff's safety evaluation is enclosed.
