1.0 SCOPE 1.1 PURPOSE This procedure provides instructions to obtain Emergency Team Personnel List from FPC Prime Computer System and lists of names, addresses, and telephone numbers for Local, State, Federal, and Corporate Support; Operational Support Center Staff; Technical Support Center Staff; and Generating Complex Notification.
1.2 DISCUSSION Not applicable.
1.3 AUTHORITY This procedure provides notification that the Emergency Plan has been implemented.

32 32 3.0 RESPONSIBILITY 3.1 The Nuclear Operations Administrative Services Section must update 32 the Emergency Team Roster for personnel changes, such as additions (new employees), deletions (transfers, resignations), and tele-l phone number changes via the Prime Computer System.

HKC 01/28/86 3.2 The Nuclear Operations Training Manager or his designee must up-date files for Energency Team Members as training is accomplished, on the Prime Computer System.
3.3 The Nuclear compliance Manager or his designee must obtain a current copy of the Emergency Team Roster from the Prime Computer System.
3.4 Within the last two (2) weeks of each calendar quarter, the Super-visor, Radiological Energency Planning or his designee, must submit a verification of corporate and offsite agencies, telephone numbers, addresses, personnel changes, etc.,
to the Nuclear Safety Supervisor via a housekeeping change.
- 3. 5' The Nuclear Safety Supervisor must review all housekeeping em changes, sign and date the procedure cover sheet for concurrence and forward as a package to the Document control Section.
Corrections to Call Lists II through V will be considered Housekeeping changes.
