SUBMITTAL OF' SECURITY PLAN REVISIONS Attached are six (6) copies of Revision 13 to the Palisades Security Plan and six (6) copies of Revision 14 to the Big Rock Point Security Plan.
Attachment I contains the justification for revision for both Plans.
Attachment II contains the page changes for the Palisades Plan and Attachment III contains the page changes for the Big Rock Point Plant Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plens and therefore submits these changes in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests the attachments to this letter to be withheld from public disclosure since they contain information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
