INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1151/97 206
Dear Mr. Allen:
A routine inspection of your facility's material control and accounting (MC&A) safeguards program was conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on October 27-31,1997. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations of activities in progress. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with you and members of your staff.

Within the scope of the insp0ction, no apparent violations were identified. However, u1ree inspector follow-up it?ms (IFis) were identified. Reviews of your corrective action progress concerning three prior IFis and five violations (VIOs) were judged by the inspectors to be adequate and therefore, all of these issues were closed.
Under the provisions of Section 2.790(d), reports containing infortnation related to a licensee's MC&A program are exempt from public disclosure. Accordingly, the enclosure will 001 be placed 1

INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1151/97-206
Dear Mr. Allen:
A routine inspection of your facility's material control and accounting (MC&A) safeguards program was conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on October 27-31,1997. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
.The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations of activities in progress. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with you and meinbers of your staff.
Within the scope of the inspection, no apparent violations were identified. However, three int.pector follow-up items (IFis) were identified. Reviews of your corrective action progress concerning three prior IFis and five violations (VIOs) were judged by the inspectors to be adequate and therefore, all of these issues were closed.
Under the provisions of Section 2.790(d), reports containing information related to a licensee's MC&A program are exempt from public disclosure Accordingly, the enclosure will ont be placed in the Public Document Room.
