NRC Region III has received an allegation pertaining to a contractor supervisor failing to meet criteria for continued unescorted access to vital areas.
Discussions with the Security Director indicated that the same allegation was received and investigated by your security staff. Additionally, the individual's unescorted access was terminated as a result of your investigation findings.
You are requested to provide a sunnary of the investigative actions and results to the NRC Region III for review so we may determine if the allegation warrants further action. The requested information should be furnished within 30 days after receipt of this letter.
The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
