-This refers to a management meeting requested by Carolina Power & Light Company on October 30.--1997, ire Atlanta. Georgia.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the status of the Brunswick Environmental Qualification Program Reconstitution Effort.

It is our opinion, that this meeting was beneficial.
