The Model OCD-S 104 Calibration Source was originally approved for licensing purposes on July 1,1971, by the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC). This source is no longer used or distributed by the Office of Civil Defense, it is to the best of our knowledge that the Office of Civil Defense no longer exists.
There is insufficient information on file for this source to perform a safety evaluation. The background file only contains the registration certificate, there are no archive file available from Oak Ridge, TN, and NUDOC searches provide no pertinent information either.
