Reference is made to your letter of May 28, 1986 concerning our connection with " Inspectorate International S.A.".
1.
PTL-Inspectorate Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of " Inspectorate International S.A.", a Swiss corporation. The transfer was accomplished by the purchase of 100% of the stock of Pittsburgh Testing Laboratory, on March 27, 1986.
2.
All functions and responsibilities of PittsburgS Testing Laboratory are being performed by PTL-Inspectorate Inc., with the management of corporate organi-zation remaining unchanged.
3.
There are no changes in the Radiation Safety Officer, authorized users, or any other persons identified on subject license as responsible for radiation safety or use of licensed material.
4.
There have not been any changes in organization, location, facilities, equip-ment or personnel which would have required a license amendment even without the change in ownership.
5.
See attached letter from Inspectorate International agreeing to abide by all previous commitments and representations made by PTL to the NRC.
