Pittsburgh Testing Laboratory has merged with Inspectorate International SA, a Swiss Corporation. The corporate existance of PTL shall continue unaffected and unimpaired by this merger, it will continue to be governed by Pennsylvania law, and is now known as PTL-Inspectorate, Inc.
f We are attaching a copy of a letter to NRC, Region I regarding questions of organization, merger, and commitments for your approval along with revised, " Quality Assurance Program for Radioactive Material Packages" dated June 23, 1986.
