Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment. Revision 8 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan.
This material is applicable to security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
