-- Various Sections On December 10, 1997, GPU Nuclear, Inc.,
the operator of LCNGS, submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the
'iact request, seeking changes to various sections of Appendix A
.chnical Specifications) of the aforementioned license.
The requested changes include both administrative and technical aspects.
According to the licensee, the proposed changes are intended to correct typographical errors, to temove outdated and confusing information, to introduce the results of newer methodologies, thus updating the Technical Specifications (TS) to reflect the plant as currently configured.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering staff reviewed TSCR-171, and has no comments.
