VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NURTFXhNA POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 SECURITY PROGRAM - CHAPTER 8 REVISION 17 This is in reference to my letters of December 19, 1985, Serial Number 85-812A, and February 28, 1986, Serial Number 85-812C, concerning the revision to Chapter 8 of the North Anna Security Program.
Pursuant to 50.54 (p) Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed changes to Chapter 8 of the North Anna Security Program.
Because the text has been expanded and the format changed, Chapter 8, entitled
" Response to Security Contingencies," has been prepared as a separate stand alone document and retitled " Security Contingency Plan." A copy of this document is enclosed. The contents of Chapter 8, in the North Anna Security Program, have been deleted from that program. Page 8-1 is submitted as Revision 17 to the North Anna Security Program.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
