NOTIFICATION The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff is filing this notification to inform all participants that on July 17, 2020, the Staff issued an information request to El Paso Electric Company regarding foreign ownership, control, or domination of Renewed Facility Operating License Nos.

NPF-41, NPF-51, and NPF-74 for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
