- Enclosed is a copy of the FEMA Region I report on the November 5,1997, full participation plume exposure pathway exercise.
There were no deficiencies identified dur!ng the November 5,1997, full-participation exercise; however,15 Areas Requiring Ccrrective Action (ARCAs) were identified. Please provide assistance to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and offsite officials to address and resolve the identified items,'as appropriate, if this has not already been done.
