Box 767 l Chicago, IL 60690 l l Gentlemen: By letter dated June 11,1986, the Owners Group submitted Topical Report No. WCAP-11145 entitled " Westinghouse Small Break LOCA ECCS Evaluation Model Generic Study with the NOTRUMP Code" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J, requests for review of topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be accompanied by an application fee of $150. Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revision to an accepted topical report. Your June 11, 1986 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of $150. Therefore, the Owners Group is requested to remit this application fee to our office.
