2.2 Daily on the day shift, the Shift Manager or designee shall record consumable status via the Shift Narrative Logging Program.

2.3.The Shift Manager or designee will order consumables when required as described in Section 3.0," Ordering Consumables or Service."

2.4. _ Daily on the night shift, the inside Rounds Plant Equipment Operator shall record House Heating Boller running hours and Totalizer readings on OPS Form 696.2.

3.1.1 Refer to Section 4.0 for appropriate vendor information.

3.1.2 Contact vendor and request delivery of consumable 3.1.3 Frovide information requested by vendor 3.1.4 State delivery date required 3,1.5 Obtain name of vendor representative contacted 3.1.6 Notify VAP at Extension 4633 of pending delivery 3.1.7 If ordering Diesel Generator or Gas Turbine Fuel Oil, notify Unit 1 Chemistry of expected delivery and delivery rate

4.0 Consumable and Service Information I

l 4.1 Hvdroaen Reorder limit - Normal Bank - 1000 PSI. Plan to have delivery arrive when normal bank is at approximately 800 psi. Call Liquid Carbonics at (401) 767-3450. The P.O. No is 047235.

4.2 Nitroaen (for the Liauld N2 Storaae Tank)

Rearder limit - 400M cu. ft. Call Bulk Air Products at 800-224-2724 for delivery, the P.O. No is 006901. Customer Service Account # H6193. For Maintenance and Service call (617) 481-6970. Call Security at extension 4720 for specific guard request. (Need delivery time) 4.3 Nitroaen Bottles (back-up Nitrocen to Drvwell)

Reorder limit 4 full bottles. Contact Operations Department Technician or Control Room Clerk to create a MIMS request to order nitrogen bottles. The Stock Code for compressed gas is 0351978. Stock Code for NGL 160 bottles is 0206899. The Stock Code for NGL 180 bottles is 0352043. In case of emergency during off hours call Connecticut AIRGAS directly at 800-750-4427. Refer to P.O.
