LaSalle County Station Units 1 and 2 Regulatory Effectiveness Review NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374 Reference (a): May 21, 1986 letter from E. G. Adensam to D. L. Farrar.
Dear Mr. Denton:
Reference (a) provided the results of a Regulatory Effectiveness Review at LaSalle County Station from July 16 to July 20, 1984. During that inspection it was determined that certain activities were identified as significant inadequacies. The Attachment to this letter contains Commonwealth Edison's response to those inadequacies identified in Reference (a).
6 The concerns and observations identified in the report are also being reviewed along with the suggested corrective ations. Consideration is being give to each of these for potential incorporation into the LaSalle Security Plan.
The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 it should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
