Dear Mr. Walker:
This letter provides information concerning admittance of NRC personnel to your facilities.
We request that the NRC personnel identified on Enclosure 1 be issued permanent nonemployea, no-escort-required picture badges as authorized by 10 CFR 73.55(d)(5).
In addition, we further request a site orientation relevant to the issuance of badges, escort duties, and emergency evacuation for personnel listed on Enclosure 1 if such training has not previously been provided.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
