'lhe station operated during the month of October 1997 with a Unit Availability Factor of 0% and  ;

a Net Design Electrical Canacity Factor of_0%. There were no challenges to the Flectromatic .

Relief Valves. Reductions in Capacity Factor were due to the continued forced outage to repair Emergency Condensers (tube leaks). The tube bundles for all 4 Emergency Condenser are being .

replaced.
