Dear Mr. Morey:
On October 21 24. 1997, the NRC conducted an inspection at your Farley
facility.
The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
The >urpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities authorized
by t1e license were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.
Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
activities in progress.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by
10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unautnorized individuals is prohibited
by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
Therefore, the
material will DR1 be placed in the Public Document Room.
