Enclosed herewith, as Attachment 1, is the status of certain Licensing issues that were discussed with the Staff on June 10, 1986. Except as specifically noted in the status column, all items have been completed and a documentation package is available on site. The three items not yet com-plete,13.3.2.5,13.3.2.4, and 13.5.1 are being tracked by Region I and will be completed prior to June 30, 1986.

To further assist the Staff, we have identified the Region I activities, if any, associated with each item.

We trust the information is acceptable.
