This confirms our plans as discussed on May 30, 1986 between Mr. K. Berry of your staff and Mr. B. Burgess of this office to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 1:00 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, June 25, 1986, at the Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss corrective actions in response to the Augmented Investigation Team conclusions, the findings delineated in the task force review of the operating history of Palisades and the items of the May 21, 1986 Confirmatory Action Letter.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
