CONFIRMATION OF MEETING, HATCH UNITS 1 AND 2, DOCKET NOS. 50-321 AND 50-366 This confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. L. Gucwa of your staff and Mr. A. J. Ignatonis of my staff on June 10, 1986, concerning a second management meeting to be conducted at the Region II Office on June 12, 1986, at 1:00 p.m.
We requested this meeting to discuss improvements effected and planned in the SALP functional area of maintenance, in light of the concern derived from back-to-back SALP category 3 ratings received in this area.
