A review of your Security Event Report BRP 86-1, dated May 30, 1986 (copy attached) showed a potential violation of Section 1.a.6.1 of your security plan. Additionally, we have been advised by the resident inspector of potential violations of your approved security plan in reference to a vehicle related incident that occurred on or about May 2, 1986. This matter was discussed with the site security director on or about June 2,1986.

We request that you provide detailed information within 30 days pertaining to the above incidents, to include corrective action implemented, to enable us to determine if the potential violations meet all of the criteria contained in 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C, Section V as " licensee identified violations."

l Your response to this request may contain information which is exempt from disclosure according to Part 73, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.21(c). If so, your response must be handled and protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.

The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance procedures l of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
