Enclosed are one signed original and ten additional copies of the SONGS Units 2 and 3 UFSAR, Revision 13. The revision is submitted on a replacement page basis and updates or clarifies existing information in the UFSAR. To denote the changes, each changed page includes the date of change (January 1998), the revision number (Revision 13), and a vertical change bar located in the page margin adjacent to the revised information.
