DOCKET NO. 70-1113 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of May 29, 1986, which transmitted a revision dated May 29, 1986, to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type speci-fied in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
