EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION INSPECTION - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 and 2 This letter confirms the dates of June 23-27, 1986 for the continuation of the NRC equipment qualification (EQ) inspection of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.
These dates were established during a telephone conversation on June 11, 1986 between Mr. W. Elliott of your staff and Mr. U. Potapovs of this office. This inspection is a continuation of the EQ inspection activities started January 6-17, 1986 and will be conducted at the plant site in Daisy, Tennessee.
A formal entrance meeting is not scheduled; however, an exit meeting is tenta-tively scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on June 27, 1986 at the plant site.
Arrange-ments for members of the inspection team to visit the plant site have been made with Mr. J. Wills.
