I approve the criteria for' mandated and non-mandated agency activities with one modification, i.e., please reflect that a Commission decision to undertake an 1 activity does not mandate such an activity within the context of this paper, j i would like to get more information on the existing program to provide on-the-job training, limited regulatory advise, and formal technical training to foreign representatives without requiring reimbursement of costs.
