I approve the staff's proposal for defining mandated and non-mandated activities.
With respect to the proposals for changes in the policy on seeking reembursement, I approve the proposals related to Recovery of Full Agency Costs for Non-Mandated Activities, Recovery of Full Agency Costs for Selected Mandated l
Items, and Reinbursements of NRC Staff Travel Expenses.
With respect to International Assistance Activities, I approve the proposed changes conditional on Agreement States being offered support for training activities consistent with the SRM for DSI-4 en a non-reimbursable basis.
Should there be a change in the NRC policy on support for Agreement State training, I would l
want the Comunission to re-exam this policy at the same time.
