Based on your determination that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your '

emergency plan and that _it continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50,47(b) and the i

requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50, NRC approvalis not required. Implementation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decrear3d the effectiveness of your emergency plan.
