DOCKET NOS. 50 445 AND 50 446 ANNUAL REPORT OF CHANGES IN PEAK CLADDING TEMPERATURE Gentlemen:

In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.46(a)(3)(ii), TV Electric submits the attached changes or errors discovered in the Emergency Core Cooling System-(ECCS) evaluation model used to calculate peak cladding temperature (PCT) and the estimated effect of these changes or errors on the limiting-ECCS analysis.

It is the' current TV Electric practice to perform a new large break LOCA' analysis for each reload cycle thereby establishing a I

new PCT for each fuel cycle.

This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding CPSES Units 1 and 2.
