Dear Mr. Hinnant:

This letter confiniis the telephone conversation between Mr. Keith Jury of your staff and myself on October 30, 1997, concerning a meeting to discuss the status of your Environmental Qualification Reconstitution Effort. The meeting is to be held on November 14. 1997, at 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region I! Office. 61 Forsyth Street SW, Atlanta, Georgia. The meeting will be held in the Main Conference Room 24T20. which is located on the 24th floor. The meeting is an open meeting as per ' Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994: 59 FR 48340).
