l LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.7.3 Flood protection shall be provided for all safety related systems components and structures-when the water level of the Delaware River reac,hes 6.0 feet Mean' Sea Level (MSL) USGS datum (95.0 feet PSEM datum) at the S vice Water Intake Structure.
