NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1113/86-01 Thank you for your response of May 8,1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on April 9,1986, concerning activities conducted at your Wilmington facility under NRC License No. SNM-1097. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We have evaluated your response to Violation 1 and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
We have evaluated your response to Violation 2 and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will take your denial of the violation under consideration; we will be discussing this matter with the staff of the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS) and will inform you of a decision on your denial at a later date.
