APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF LICENSE SCHEDULE (TAC NO L31041)
Dear Mr. Goodwin:
in accordance with your application dated December 17,1997, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby amended to allow a delay la the submittal of the summary of a Criticality Safety Evaluation (CSE) for
" Ventilation Systems' from December 31,1997, to March 31,1998.
Accordingly, License Condition S-1 has been amended to include the date of December 17, 1997, and that portion of Safety License Condition S 2 which deals with ventilation syster'is has been revised and reads, in part, as follows:
