Catawba Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Docket No. 50-413 Special Report - Steam Generator Tube Plugging Catawba Nuclear Station Technical Specification 4.4.5.5 requires that the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator be reported to the Commission pursuant to 10CFR 50.4 at the completion of the inservice inspection of steam generator tubes.
The following number of tubes were removed from service by plugging:
