The commitment was completed on November 6,1997, and is described in further detail below:

The NCSAs were divided into three groups utilizing the following criteria:

Priority 1 Continuous operations which support feed, enrichment or withdrawal /

activities because these are the activities performed the most often and therefore have the highest potential risk Priority 2 Batch operations which support feed, enrichment or withdrawal activities Priority 3 All other activities Cunently, there are 39 Priority 1,39 Priority 2, and 117 Priority 3 NCSAs. The NCSAs classified Priority 2 or 3 may change during implementation, for example, to accommodate new information
