This letter submits one page of Revision 18 to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved (August 1983) " Safeguards Contingency Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3" that was inadvertently not included with the referenced submittal.
The change does not reduce the effectiveness of the plan.
Four copies ofRevision 18 textual charges are enclosed for review. Two copies are also forwarded, by this letter, to the Regional Administrator, NRC, Region IV.
The enclosure contain " Safeguards Information" and must be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. Ifyou have any questions regarding this information, please let me know.
