Dear Ms. Taylor:

In order to properly dispose of a plated alpha source, we have agreed to donate ic to Eberline Analytical.

This document verifies the parties involved, as well as the actual transfer of material.

The source is.005 microcuries of Plutonium 239 that was manufactured by Eberline.

College under license number SNM-1003 (contact:The present holder is Saint Francis Peter Skoner).

The source was tested for leaks, certified acceptable, and packaged for shipment by RAD Services of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Philip Gianutsos and Regis Greenwood).

The source will be shipped by Yellow Freight in February of 1986.

The transfer has been coordianted through Charles Gonzales at Eberline.
