Dear Ms. Taylor:
As you know, we have been in the process of disposing of the nuclear material we have used at our school in the past.
We have used this material under license number SNM-1003 by your agency.
In previous correspondence we indicated that our Pu-Be source (serial #320C33) was to be sent to Los Alamos National Laboratory, and that our plated alpha source was to be returned to the manufacturer, Eberline Analytical.
This letter is to inform you that we have completed the shipment of the nuclear material, as documented on the enclosed copies of the bills of lading from Yellow Freight.
Since we have transferred all of our nuclear material, our license may now be terminated.
If there are any questions concerning these matters, please contact Mr. Peter Skoner at extension 358.
