In Reference (c), we reported a 10CFR50.55(e) deficiency regarding weld deficiencies on Fisher Controls Valve Operator Brackets. Reference (c) committed to the corrective actions of inspecting all Fisher Controls Valve Operator Brackets and repairing those brackets which exhibit weld deficiencies. These corrections have been completed and, therefore, we consider this the final report on this 10CFR50.55(e) deficiency.
